Coming down has several meanings, so let's go through them.

Firstly, it means to move down to the ground or to a lower level, which is what we saw in this clip.

Dylan is going to travel down the chimney.

Secondly, it means for something to become less in amount, level or price.

For example, those trainers have come down in price, meaning they are cheaper now than they were previously.

And finally, to come down means to feel less excited after a very enjoyable experience.

Now, phrasal verbs are confusing because the verb and prepositions typically use to create a phrasal verb have entirely different meanings when separated.
