That was the only dance you knew?
That's the only one my kid said, when you go out there, don't dance.
What ever you do, don't dance.
Dance you, not to dance.
It's like set the door, can't do that.
So I thought I'm definitely going to twist.
So I thought it was good.
I don't think we care how anybody looks here, clearly.
Look at me.
All right, so let's talk about, first of all, as I said,
and especially somehow I found you when I was going through a bit of a hard time a couple of months ago,
and I just tried to pay attention to what's important.
I started listening to your CDs to and from work.
I didn't listen to the radio.
I didn't pay attention to anything.
I listened to you, and it helped me focus on what's real and helped me let go of ego,
which is a big thing.
Which is huge.
Which is a huge thing for anyone to do.
Talk about your new book, which I love, and it's based on The Dow, and I would love you to talk to them.
Well, The Dow is a book that was written 2500 years ago, 500 years before Jesus walked on this planet.
And some people call it the wisest book ever written.
It's one of the most translated books.
In fact, the Bible is the only book that's been translated more.
And basically, it translates through The Dow to Ching translates to living the way, living the great way.
And the great way is finding within ourselves the peace and the serenity.
It was a great writer, American writer named Melville, who wrote Moby Dick.
He had an observation in Moby Dick.
He said, for as this appalling ocean surrounds the verdant land.
So in the soul of man lies one insular tahiti, full of peace and joy,
but encompassed by all of the horrors of the half -lived life.
That most of us are just not living the life that we were destined to live, that we were,
we signed up here to come for.
Instead, what we're doing is trying to please everybody else.
We're trying to get to become someplace else.
I think all of life is like a huge chase scene.
Everybody's just trying to get to the next place, to the next place.
Nobody knows how to just stop, be here now, be in a place of peace, be in a place of kindness,
be in a place where you're not always trying to get someplace else.
Living in such a way that you find for yourself the joy and beauty of what it means to be a human being.
