Today I'm sharing what our new morning routine looks like since I gave birth to Grayson three weeks ago.
今天，我想和大家分享一下自从三周前我生下格雷森后，我们新的晨间作息安排是什么样的。
And for those of you that are new around here,

my husband Adam and I also have a four -year -old little girl named Bailey and a two -year -old little girl named Shea.
我和我的丈夫亚当还有两个女儿：一个四岁的小女孩名叫贝利（Bailey），另一个两岁的小女孩名叫谢娅（Shea）。
And my husband currently has this summer off with us and has been home with us full time since Grayson was born.
我丈夫今年夏天有时间和我们一起度过；自从格雷森出生后，他就一直全职在家照顾我们。
But he's going to be going back to school in the fall.
但他秋天就要回到学校去了。
So our mornings start around 8 30 with Bailey being our little alarm clock.

She comes into our room to wake Adam up.

So I'm able to sleep a little bit longer.

Since I get up with Grayson every two to three hours during the night,

Adam has been so sweet and has really taken over in the mornings with the girls.

So they'll head into the living room and cuddle up on the couch and watch some morning cartoons before he prepares the girls breakfast.

Halfway into making breakfast, I guess Shea woke up so he headed upstairs to get her.

And it wouldn't be a breakfast without the girls begging for whatever Adam and I are eating.

It never fails.

He was eating some cereal.

I think he had reason and brand for breakfast.

And then the girls had eggs and these little pouches that we got from Costco.

They're like organic and they have a bunch of like vegetables and fruit in them and the girls love them.

And I think he gave them an orange as well.

Around 10 o 'clock is usually when Grayson wakes up for his next feed and typically when my day starts.

So after I get him up and change him into a new diaper, it's time to nurse.

head into the living room where I'm bombarded with the girls who can't wait to hug and kiss their little brother.

They have totally warmed up to him.

Shea has totally surprised us and is so sweet with him.

And Bailey too, they just love him lately and always ask to hold him.

everyone gets their cuddles in, I'll bring Grayson over to his play mat for some exercise and tummy time.

This is a bear.

All I use is milk, ice, protein powder, a banana, and a scoop of peanut butter.

And it wouldn't be a morning routine without coffee.

So I'm going to make myself and

add them a cup so we can have some energy to conquer the rest of our day with our three kids.
