You have that experience or you don't have that experience.

So you could say, yes, I've been to Italy, I have that experience or no, I haven't been to Italy.

No, I've never been to Italy.

No, I don't have that experience.

This is talking about a specific time.

“Last week” - a specific time.

HAVE + VERB 3 Your experience until now.
Have + Verb 3”：描述你迄今为止的所有经历。
But we've had or hadn't.

Plus verb three, that's past perfect.
