The next set of sounds are called digraphs, and this is where there is two letters that make one sound.
接下来的一组发音被称为“双字母组合”（digraphs）；在这种发音中，两个字母共同组合成一个音素。
They are right next to each other in a word.

So, for example, we've got the letter C and H.

They no longer make the sound C and H.

They're right next to each other and make the new sound ch, like in the word chair,

and this digraph is pronounced as sh, like in the word shoe,

and there is two different sounds that this digraph can make.

One is a soft sound, and it sounds like this,

Next, we've got the double O digraph.

There is two different sounds for this digraph.

There is a short sound and a long sound.

The foot and the long sound is the sound U, like in the word food,

The next digraph is Q U, and this digraph makes the sound qua,

A R is the two spellings for the sound A.

One is A I, like in the word train, A for train,

The long E sound has also got two spellings.
