Okay, think of something from your past which happened, and you feel bad about that.

For example.

You feel bad about that How can you express that?

Well, this feeling of something bad that happened is called “Regret”.

And the verb after REGRET will be in the ING form.
在 “REGRET” 之后使用的动词应采用现在分词（ING）的形式。
