The most common mistake students make is to keep their tongue inside their mouth.

But doing that will only make a D or a T sound.

To make the “THHHH” sound or the “THHHH”

sound, push your tongue forward so it's touching your top and bottom rows of teeth with the tongue sticking out a bit.
